So what is PC WorX Remote Help?

Well it is actually pretty cool, we are able, to put it in a nutshell, to work on your computer no matter where you are at as long as you have internet access.
Sounds a little Sci-Fi doesn't  it. Well it's not!  And no worries this software only works when you initiate it and is extremely secure. As a matter of fact it exceeds the D.O.D. standards for Classified material as far as encryption goes! So relax...stay in your pajamas if you like because we can service your system without ever stepping in your house! PC WorX has serviced computers all over the World...that's right World! We have repaired some of our Soldiers systems even over in Iraq and even a gentleman located in England not to mention here in the states from NY to CA......we may be a small shop but we are making it happen all over!

Sessions run $35.00 unless deemed advanced then pricing is negotiated prior to any charges being made but will never exceed the cost of a service call or in-house service**. If you have a simple question or the fix is minimal you may pay less! Regardless we will always discuss the costs prior to charging, that's our promise. You will be emailed a billing link through Paypal® to pay instantly or we can mail you an invoice (mailing invoice incurs a $2 service fee)
